Effective Date: [INSERT EFFECTIVE DATE] | Last Updated: August 21, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the chauffeured transportation, reservation, and related services (the "Services") offered by Lid Executive Limousine Services ("Lid Executive," "we," "us," or "our"), including services booked through our website, by phone, by email, or by text message. By requesting a quote, making a reservation, riding in one of our vehicles, or otherwise using our Services, you ("you," "Client," or "Passenger") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are booking on behalf of another person or group, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or group to these Terms and that you accept responsibility for their compliance.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
Lid Executive provides chauffeured executive transportation services, including but not limited to airport transfers, corporate travel, special events, hourly charter, and point-to-point transportation, using company-owned or company-contracted vehicles and licensed, insured chauffeurs.
Vehicle availability, make/model, and specific chauffeur assignment are subject to change based on operational needs, maintenance, and availability. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide a comparable substitute vehicle of equal or greater class if your originally requested vehicle is unavailable.
Reservations may be made through our website, by phone at [INSERT PHONE NUMBER], by email at [INSERT BOOKING EMAIL], or by text message where our SMS program is available. A reservation is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from Lid Executive in writing (email, text, or written receipt).
Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a lawful and respectful manner while using our Services. Lid Executive reserves the right to terminate a trip without refund, and to refuse future service, in cases including but not limited to:
Passengers are responsible for their own belongings. Lid Executive is not responsible for items left in a vehicle, though we will make reasonable efforts to return found items upon request.
All vehicles operated by Lid Executive are maintained in accordance with applicable state and local commercial transportation regulations, and all chauffeurs hold the licenses and endorsements required by the State of New Jersey and, where applicable, other jurisdictions in which we operate. Vehicle interiors and exteriors are inspected and cleaned on a regular basis consistent with our internal service standards.
Lid Executive maintains commercial automobile liability insurance in accordance with applicable New Jersey requirements for livery/limousine operations. Except as required by applicable law, Lid Executive's total liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific reservation giving rise to the claim.
Lid Executive is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to missed flights, missed events, or business losses, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused directly by Lid Executive where such limitation is not permitted by law.
Lid Executive is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform Services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, traffic accidents, civil unrest, acts of government, labor disputes, or mechanical failure that could not have been reasonably prevented through routine maintenance. In such cases, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify affected Clients and to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements where possible.
Lid Executive offers an optional text messaging program to send trip-related communications, including booking confirmations, chauffeur/driver dispatch and arrival alerts, ETA updates, and reservation reminders ("Program"). This section discloses the terms of that Program in accordance with wireless carrier and CTIA (10DLC) messaging requirements.
By providing your mobile phone number when booking a reservation, checking an SMS consent box on our website or booking form, or otherwise affirmatively opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Lid Executive related to your reservation(s). Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service, except that certain real-time dispatch/arrival alerts may only be available to Passengers enrolled in the Program.
Message frequency varies based on your booking activity (e.g., confirmation, reminder, and dispatch messages tied to each reservation). You should not expect a fixed number of messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Lid Executive is not responsible for any charges billed by your wireless carrier.
You may opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send "STOP," we will send you a one-time confirmation text, and you will no longer receive messages from the Program. If you would like to rejoin, simply opt in again as described above, or contact us using the information in Section 14.
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us directly at [INSERT PHONE NUMBER] or [INSERT SUPPORT EMAIL].
The Program is supported on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed, and Lid Executive is not liable for messages that are lost, delayed, or undelivered due to carrier network issues.
Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information — including contact details, reservation and ride history, payment information, website usage data, and SMS opt-in data — is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully before using our Services.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or business practices. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our Services after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
